Meet the Family

As with everyone else in America, I have the most wonderful and beautiful family ever. My dh (dear husband) is a teacher at a Continuation High School and just finished his Admin Credential and is now on his quest for an Assistant Principal job. Our gorgeous girls are growing up way too fast. Alysia is 12 and Kyra is 8. Both are active little bees and keep us busy, too busy in fact, that we have once forgotten their various lessons. Alysia has taken Ballet Folkorico for 4 years now. Kyra took for 2 years and decided that Ballet was her thing and after one semester of once a week lessons, she decided she wanted to go twice a week. She had her first ballet recital this past spring and decided to take the summer ballet sessions. Both girls take piano lessons and Kyra takes choir through her school. She also thinks she is a Brownie! Thank Goodness her school's troup is slacked and she can participate in the few events they have.

I continue to work for a Youth Education and Employment Services Agency as an Employment Services Program Coordinator for 18-22 year olds with disabilities. Although, very soon I will embark on a semi-new career path but still might manage to continue working a couple days of week here as well. Sshh. They don't know it yet.
