Oh yes! It was the annual Limon/Cromwell Pumpkin Festival today! Every year, since Kyra was a wee bun in the oven, we have headed over to Grossi's Farms to pick pumpkins. Every year we are greeted by the owner Ed Grossi and this year was no exception. He knows that my family comes up all the way from L.A. and he greets them happily. This year he graciously drove my Mom and Nana in the electric cart to the patch and left the cart for my Mom to drive them back.

Every year, Kent's goal is to find the biggest pumpkin and I think this year tops all the other years.
My city slicker dad thought these shoes were best suited for pickin'. Sheesh!
Kyra cut her own pumpkin for the first time this year.

After paying for the pumpkins we took a tractor/hay ride of the farm. This pic does not correctly portray how beautiful it really is out here.
Our driver, Jaime, stopped at the vineyards and cut fresh table grapes for our tasty treats! 
These grapes were gorgeous and delicious too!
