Easter Sunday

Our Easter morning began with breakfast at Church. Since our family is so far away, we celebrate our Easter with our church family. Below Kyra and Alysia enjoy a scrambled egg, ham and hashbrown breakfast made by the men of the church. It was yummy!

After breakfast, Kent leads the children to dig up the Alleluia banner buried weeks ago.

We gave up ice cream for Lent as a family but you would have thought that we asked the girls to give up eating. We headed straight to Safeway after Church and bought individual pints of Ben and Jerry's. It was all wiped out in a few days.
